Care Hospice is looking for a Director of Quality to join our growing legal team supporting quality and compliance initiatives. We offer the opportunity to take on new challenges and a culture of teamwork that sets us apart.
The Director of Quality is responsible for overseeing and advancing the quality management initiatives across our hospice programs, currently operational in twenty states. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exemplary care to our patients. Reporting directly to our General Counsel, the Director of Quality will be tasked with a range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing patient care, safety, and organizational performance. Knowledge of federal, state, and accreditation standards applicable to hospice is required.
** This position is working in the office and based out of our Regional Legal Office, located in Newton, MA. **
