We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for clinical and healthcare-related positions across multiple hospice locations in several states. This role requires a recruiter who understands the unique demands of healthcare hiring and can successfully identify, engage, and hire compassionate, high-performing professionals in a fast-paced environment.
This is a remote position supporting teams across the Eastern, Mountain, and Pacific Time Zones. Candidates located in the Central or Mountain Time Zone are strongly preferred to best align with hiring needs and team collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience recruiting for clinical and healthcare roles, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple openings and priorities across diverse markets. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring leaders to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while helping build teams dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

$78,000 - $88,000 per year (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
