Region would include our Altus Hospice Programs located in Alice, Buda, Beaumont, Corpus Christi, Georgetown, Kingwood, Laredo, Livingston, Marble Falls, San Antonio, Sugar Land, Temple, Waco, and Victoria, Texas.

 

This position involves traveling within the region approximately 75% of the time.  Must have hospice sales experience and live in the territory this position supports.

 

The Regional Sales Director is responsible for building and developing a high-performing Sales team within a defined territory to drive revenue growth and to achieve sales quotas. The Regional Sales Director is a critical part of Care Hospice's sales initiative to drive and deliver sales within the designated territory. The perfect candidate must truly enjoy developing, coaching, and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-Day Leadership: Lead our team of hospice agency community liaisons with finesse, ensuring they're motivated and focused on nurturing relationships with our target accounts.
  • Training and Support: Roll up your sleeves and provide hands-on training and support to our community liaisons, empowering them to excel in their roles and deliver top-notch account management.
  • Insightful Reporting: Dive into the data and create insightful reports on visit frequency, referrals, and other crucial metrics for the region, helping us fine-tune our strategies and maximize our impact.
  • Talent Acquisition: Be part of our growth journey by assisting in the recruitment process for open or new community liaison positions, playing a pivotal role in assembling a high-performing team.
  • Market Mastery: Stay ahead of the curve by staying informed about market trends, competition, and the latest sales techniques and strategies, ensuring we're always one step ahead of the game.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Minimum four years of healthcare sales/community liaison experience, preferably in hospice
  • Minimum of two-years management experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of hospice regulations
  • Demonstrated success in growing local or regional patient census
  • Must be willing to travel and spend at least 75% of time in assigned markets

$135,000 - $148,000 per year (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
