In this role, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining the integrity of billing operations by performing regular audits, identifying training opportunities, and ensuring adherence to best practices across both internal teams and outsourced RCM vendors. You’ll be hands-on in reviewing billing workflows — from new patient setups to payment posting — and help shape how we deliver excellence through continuous process improvement and team development. If you’re passionate about quality, enjoy digging into the details, and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment, this is the role for you.
