The ideal candidate is a seasoned hospice leader who has multi-site/multi-state management experience, a passion for hospice, a strong sales background, and lives in Tennessee. This position involves traveling within the region approximately 75% of the time.
As the Regional Vice President of Sales, you'll be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by building and nurturing a high-performing sales team. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding our dedicated sales professionals to achieve and surpass their sales quotas. Our commitment to our colleagues is unwavering, and we offer an exceptional compensation package and industry-leading benefits, including:
$175,000 - $195,000 per year (Average Base Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
