Care Hospice is growing — and we’re looking for a talented Recruiter to help us find compassionate, high-performing professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional hospice care. This position plays a vital role in our continued growth by leading the full-cycle recruitment process for both sales and clinical roles across multiple locations.
This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in the Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone to support hiring needs effectively across those regions.
As a Recruiter, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to attract top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. You’ll be a key player in building teams that uphold our mission of patient-centered, compassionate care.

Our commitment to our colleagues is unwavering, and we offer an exceptional compensation package and industry-leading benefits, including:
$75,000 - $85,000 per year (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
