We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Sales Focused Data Analyst. In this pivotal role, you will focus on managing and optimizing sales systems, including CRM and patient referral platforms, to ensure data integrity and support key business decisions. You will be responsible for developing actionable insights from sales data, managing referral systems, and working closely with our sales team to enhance efficiency and performance. This position provides flexibility offering a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • System Management - oversee the administration and maintenance of sales systems, including CRM platforms and patient referral systems, ensuring data integrity and the reliability and effectiveness of sales systems.
  • Referral Systems Management - manage patient referral systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of referrals from various sources, such as physician offices, hospitals, and nursing facilities.
  • Data Analysis – develop and analyze sales dashboards and data visualizations to provide leadership with actionable insights for improving sales performance.
  • User Support - provide technical support and training to sales team members, ensuring they can effectively use sales systems and tools.
  • Process Improvement - identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations and enhance productivity.
  • Compliance - ensure all sales activities and data management practices comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Health Services Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience in business analysis or data management and analysis tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
  • Working knowledge of patient referral systems (e.g., Wellsky Referral Management, Forcura, industry EMR platforms).
  • Familiarity with data engineering and modeling concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire new technical skills and apply them effectively.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of managing complex projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.

$80,000 - $100,000 per year (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
